CLASS: GLP Adaptive Athletics - Morning Mobility

LOCATION: Zoom

 

Take 10 minutes to move around, check-in with your body, and build a resolve of self-care for the rest of the day. 7 AM, not a formal class, just a time to move. You can copy what Coach Max is doing or build your own routine. Coach Max will be available for questions.
