WHAT: Adaptive strength and conditioning for all ages / ability levels

DATES: Every Sunday
TIME (NON-AMBULATORY): 10:45AM – 11:15AM PST
No traditional gym equipment required. However, come prepared with:
1) a duffle bag or backpack
2) 2-3 textbooks
3) 2 items to be used as hand weights (ie. dumbbells, kettlebells, 2 equally sized water bottles or cans of food)
4) a ready to rock positive attitude!
