Paddle Sport Arm Workout

Get ready for summer with this 30 minute arm workout. This class can be done standing up or sitting down. We will run through workouts designed to condition and strengthen your arms, shoulders, and abs.

Join us for a 30 minute arm workout that will tone and strengthen your muscles. This workout can be done standing up or sitting down. No experience needed. After, we will have a question and answer time so you can interact with fellow community members. 

This work class will take place using the platform . You will be able to see and interact live with your instructor and fellow participants.


Traditional Equipment : free weights / resistance bands, yoga strap, foam roller, hand towel

Substitute "Equipment" : water bottle / gallon jug / canned food, belt / large bath towel, hand towel


**Participants must be able to follow directions and effectively communicate with or without assistance provided by themselves to be eligible for Adaptive Adventures programs**
