Virtual Functional Strength Training will take place from 4:00PM - 4:30PM PT on Tuesdays/Thursdays.
Dare2tri is currently offering a virtual functional strength training practice for all athletes and volunteers. In this 30 minute session, we will be completing a high-intensity interval session, which incorporates cardiovascular activity and strength training.
All these exercises can be completed at home with no equipment or various equipment around your home (i.e. dumbells, soup cans, water bottles filled with water, or resistance bands). We will offer exercise modifications if you need to be seated.
The workout session will be conducted over Zoom video chat. A link to join Zoom will be emailed to you around 12:05pm CT on the day you are taking the strength session. At the time of practice please join the Zoom group.

Although you will not be helping the athletes directly, as you will be at home, we encourage you to join and interact with our athletes.
