Join us for an engaging conversation with Bob Babbitt and US National Blind Hockey Team Captian Tim Kane.
What started as a passion at age 5 with a stick and a puck, became a lifelong journey for Tim Kane as a hockey player. At age 12 his vision began to deteriorate and by the time he was 15, he was blind. He found a way to continue to play the sport he loved and today, Tim is the Captain of the US National Blind Hockey Team.
A CAF grant has made it possible for him to continue to be a part of Team USA and recently arranged a surprise message for him from Anaheim Ducks coach, Dallas Eakins.
