Dare2tri is currently offering a virtual family adapted functional strength workout series. This workout session is designed for all families of all abilities with kids under the age of 13. In this 30 minute session, we will be completing a fun and out-of-the-box strength and cardio workout with various exercises geared towards kids and their family members.
All these exercises can be completed at home with no equipment or various equipment around your home (i.e. dumbbells, soup cans, water bottles filled with water, or resistance bands). We will offer exercise modifications if you need to be seated.
The workout session will be conducted over Zoom video chat. A link to join Zoom will be emailed to you around 12:05pm CT on the day you are taking the strength session. At the time of practice please join the Zoom group.
