Summer is coming and that means paddle sports are just around the corner. We at Adaptive Adventures love getting out on the water for kayaking, dragon boat racing, and stand up paddle boarding. Join us for a 30 minute arm workout that will tone and strengthen your muscles. This workout can be done standing up or sitting down. No experience needed. After, we will have a question and answer time so you can interact with fellow community members.
This work class will take place using the platform . You will be able to see and interact live with your instructor and fellow participants.

Traditional Equipment / Substitute "Equipment":
Free Weights and/or Resistance Bands, Water Bottle / Gallon Jug / Canned Food, Yoga Strap Belt / Large Bath Towel, Foam Roller Yoga Block / Large Bath Towel, Hand Towel
**Participants must be able to follow directions and effectively communicate with or without assistance provided by themselves to be eligible for Adaptive Adventures programs**
