Achilles International is offering at-home workouts curated by Michael Anderson, (NYC Chapter Director and RRCA Certified Coach) and Francesco Magisano (Para-triathlete and Director of the Achilles Triathlon program).
Workouts emphasize cardio, strength training, stretching, and indoor instructional swimming.
